Step 1

Purchase your kit (Health+Ancestry Kit for approx $299.00, not including shipping and tax charged directly by 23 and me) directly at 23andme.ca. If you have already done your 23andme in the past we can analyze your results right away (see Step 3 below).

In Canada? You can also contact our licensed health provider directly to have a kit sent to you. The consulting portion of the report is a service that can be covered by most health spending accounts and/or benefit plans. This means you can make the most of your insurance coverage when ordering through a licensed healthcare provider. 

Step 2

Fill out your kit and include your saliva sample. Mail your kit as instructed on the package. Raw data results from 23andme take 3-4 weeks to be completed and will be emailed directly to you.

Step 3

Once you receive your initial results via email, login to your 23andme account, download and send your raw data results (via the .txt format) to your health provider and purchase your full personalized analysis, interpretation and protocol below. Once completed, your licensed practitioner will contact you with you full report. Costs for analysis and report is $795.00 CAD. Your licensed praction will require a generalized 30 - 60 min clinical assessment (health review) in person or over the phone for individualized interpretation and will be billed directly by your practitioner. This is a separate cost of $120 per 30min and does not including supplements if needed.
